Delete my data
For the parent who holds the account. Last updated 4 October 2026.
You can delete one child's profile, or the whole household account, and you do not need a reason.
How to ask
Write to admin@playsabeel.com from the email address on the account, and say whether you want one child's profile deleted or the whole account. If the account was made with a phone number instead, write from any address and give that number; we will send a code to it before anything is deleted, so that nobody can delete your family's game by guessing.
We answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What deleting removes
- The child's username, character and progress.
- The encrypted backup of their private game, which we hold but cannot read.
- Who they were approved to play with, and any reports involving them.
- For a whole account: the parent's name and email address or phone number, and the household itself.
We keep the record that consent was given and withdrawn, because that record is the proof that we had permission. It holds no information about a child.
What deleting does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. That is cancelled in the App Store or in Google Play, where it was bought. If you delete the account without cancelling, the store keeps charging.
- It does not reach the device. Anything saved on your child's own phone or tablet goes when the game is uninstalled.
Withdrawing consent instead
If you would rather withdraw the consent you gave when you made the account, the confirmation email we sent at the time has a link for it. Withdrawing deletes your children's information in the same way. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
